do not know the motives of the judges, but I think the custody of a child should be pursued only a hypothesis, and only for serious and exceptional reasons ...
and from what I read in the newspapers, these "serious reasons" were not there.
This was a genuine violence, and I hope that the judges want to come back on their decisions and allow the girl to try to be a "good mother" .
