are vegetarian for 18 years, vegan for 3 years. 4 years ago when my son was born, you were still going to make it grow from a vegetarian, even though my husband was omnivorous. Unfortunately, I found almost no information on nutrition for children written in Hungarian vegetarians. After a year of the first experiments, I started writing my first blog 'Vegagyerek' Hungarian (it would be 'Bimbo vegetarian' in Italian), hoping to help other desperate mothers like me in the first period. In those days I ate more egg and dairy products. In the meantime, however, my first child was allergic to dairy products, and also to different pollens .:-(( began a vegan diet with the family, supporting the diet with a homeopathic cure. The second pregnancy began so already by vegan . Our baby at 2 years instead of the meat saw often asked the pope to eat the flesh ... He is 4 years old now and I'm 2 years who eat meat ...:-( The girl is rather still my hope (is 17 months now), maybe you become a vegetarian again ...:-) Although she now calls already well eg fish every now and then the little brother ...
After 3 years of treatment other than our boy unfortunately still suffers more of allergy, even now must take the antihistamine every day, so the diet of milk and dairy products has remained in the family.
now I am 90% vegan, which means that a house does not prepare the meat, and cook in a vegan, but outside the home if I can not avoid (eg: in the restaurant opp. From relatives) sometimes I eat dishes made with eggs or dairy products.
I follow the whole foods, ie cereals and cooking always use whole wheat flour (white flour only very little), and do not buy even more refined sugar, only the cane (and agave syrup).
Here Blog will share with you my favorite recipes in our family (yes-yes with some specialties Hungarian).
In the first three years of my Hungarian blog I have received many letters from vegan mothers asking me advice and I am very glad I could help them at least through the virtual world.
:-) Since during this time I was able to gather much information from the international literature of veganism, I've decided to start this blog hoping to offer something new even to Italian mothers.
:-) And my other goal is even more selfish to exercise beautiful Italian language that I would not forget after so many years of study :-)) (I majored in Italian language - German, worked in Rome for 3 years 'au pair', then 10 years as an interpreter and tour guide often starting for my beloved Italy. Ahhh that wonderful time :-)
'Summa summarum' I invite you to subscribe to feeds of blogs for not taking no information and if you have any questions ask me, write me in comments or in private :-)
